Yamamori-do Honpo Corn Senbei

We kneaded pure Hokkaido Tokachi corn puree directly into the rice cracker dough (100% domestic glutinous rice). For finishing, we seasoned it with corn powder, giving it a rich corn flavor. The gentle sweetness lingers until the end.
