A distinguished roasted green tea from the revered Uji region of Kyoto, Japan. Crafted by Seijo Ishii, this Hojicha is made by roasting select Uji green tea leaves, transforming their vibrant green color into a warm, reddish-brown and developing a uniquely rich, nutty, and slightly caramelized flavor profile.
