Shimanto Pork and Sansho Curry
Minced Shimanto Pork, known for its rich umami and sweetness, simmered along with onions and carrots. To add a crunchy texture, we included lotus root, and finished it off with a refreshing, mildly spicy curry seasoned with Kochi Prefecture's sansho pepper.
Ingredients: Vegetables (carrots, onions), pork (from Kochi Prefecture), boiled lotus root, lard, tomato puree, wheat flour, sautéed onions, edible rapeseed oil, chicken bouillon, curry powder, sugar, salt, apple puree, pork extract, soy sauce, butter, garlic paste, powdered Japanese pepper, coriander powder, chili powder / seasonings (amino acids, etc.), caramel coloring, seasonings (contains some wheat, dairy products, soybeans, chicken, pork, and apples).
