A popular classic series of nori tempura that uses luxurious, thick seaweed and brings out the flavor of the ingredients. The seaweed is carefully selected from thick varieties such as Setouchi and Ariake. To enhance the coastal flavor, it is fried crispy in a blend of rice oil and palm oil. By blending Kishu plums, known for their mild acidity, with shiso from Hiroshima Mishima Foods, we have created a product with an irresistible umami-rich acidity.
