The "Japanese Selected Hardwood Chopstick" series features domestically sourced, carefully selected hardwoods. The handles are octagonal for a comfortable grip, and the tips are square-shaped with a chamfered edge for easy picking, making them perfect for everyday use. Despite being dishwasher-safe, they are finished to retain the warmth of the wood. This particular set uses Japanese larch (Larix kaempferi) from Shinshu. Larch is the only deciduous conifer among Japan's coniferous trees.
