Hokuriku Seika Aosa Salt Beaver

A fried rice cracker that has been loved in Hokuriku since its release in 1970. The crispy texture and just the right amount of saltiness of the Beaver dough, which faithfully follows the recipe and method from back then, combined with the fragrant aroma of aosa, make it addictive. The name of the product comes from the fact that the shape of the two candies lined up resembled the teeth of a beaver doll displayed at the Canadian Pavilion during the 1970 Osaka Expo.
