The traditional bouillon-making method passed down through generations. Hokkaido beef shank and bones, simmered along with carefully selected vegetables, to create a rich beef bouillon extracted using traditional methods, and blended it with Hakodate-produced kombu. This is a nostalgic Hakodate-style pork curry.
