Cashews, pistachios, spices, and coffee beans are smoked using the cold smoking method, which does not apply heat to the ingredients, preserving their natural flavors. Additionally, by using a drum-type smoker and agitating the smoke, we ensure that the smoke permeates each individual piece, evenly infusing them with the aroma of White Oak.
